US Domestic Shipping

All shipping is through USPS standard delivery in 3-5 business days.  

Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders will be shipped same/next day unless stated otherwise.  
A tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages scanned as delivered.
You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number.

To guarantee that your package is correctly delivered and you obtain your order within the time frame advertised above, please make sure your address, phone number and email are fully entered and correct. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
 

Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or refused packages.
We ship to all APO/FPO addresses using USPS

If your tracking information indicates your order as delivered and you have not received it please make a claim with USPS. Aura Luxe is not responsible for packages that tracking states it has been delivered by carrier.

 
All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday; while all orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. You may track your order at anytime using the USPS Tracking number Aura Luxe sends to you once your order has been processed and shipped.
